Hot soups, sauces and gravies are poured into the pot and – as soon as the fat has made its way to the top – the fat-reduced liquid can be poured slowly out of the fat-gravy separator. In addition, the practical sieve insert holds back all solids - without the need for any annoying filtering! The scale marking on the heat-resistant pot makes it easier to dose the liquid precisely.
