Ideal for entertaining or everyday use, this sleek pan is constructed from durable carbon steel for exceptional heat conduction and features a non-stick coating inside and out.
A generously sized cooking surface allows rice to be spread in a thin layer, so it cooks quickly and evenly. Designed with low flared sides to allow food to be mixed with ease and still stay inside the pan as well as a hammered base to give rice texture. Wide, riveted handles provide a secure grip for safe transport to and from the table and is dishwasher safe for convenience.

Use & Care
- Wash thoroughly before first use and wash and rinse well before re-use.
- Never use abrasive cleaners or scourers.
