Use & Care
Before first use and after each use, simply sponge cutting board with hot, soapy water.
Both sides of your board are designed to be used so turn it over periodically to allow even usage of sides.
Never soak your board or place your board in the dishwasher. Do not use a steel brush or steel wool on the surface of the board.
Periodically (every few weeks if used heavily or depending on household conditions) apply an even coat of food-grade mineral oil to the surface of the board.
Sponge on with a rag and let dry.
Do not allow moisture of any kind to stand on the board for long periods of time.
Please note, some foods may stain the timber.
