Use & Care

Before first use and after each use, simply sponge cutting board with hot, soapy water.
Never soak your board or place your board in the dishwasher.
Periodically apply an even coat of food-grade mineral oil to the surface of the board.
Sponge on with a rag and let dry.
Do not allow moisture of any kind to stand on the board for long periods of time.
Please note, some foods may stain the timber.
