Use & Care
- Before first use and after each use, simply wipe where necessary with a soft sponge.
- Periodically apply an even coat of food-grade mineral oil to the surface of the board.
- Sponge on with a rag and let dry.
- Do not allow moisture of any kind to stand on the board for long periods of time.
- Please note, some foods may stain the timber.
- Store in a cool, dry area.
