Description

Professional mechanism, heavy quality. Due to it’s rough surface the new straining disc makes it possible to strain leek, asparagus or other stringy vegetables. Also straining of raw apples is no problem. The two straining discs can be changed quickly. Unique: the effective metal wiper at the bottom of the disc for complete use up. The mill is held by 3-point hooks for a stable and safe hold. Due to the position of the hooks, the food mill has an equilibrated rest on the pot and stays away from the strained vegetables. Dishwasher safe, entirely stainless steel 18/10.
