Description

The Peer Sorensen Utility Board Set is the perfect accompaniment to any kitchen or bar. Perfect for providing additional cutting surfaces in a busy kitchen or for a small job like slicing lime for your drinks. The two different hued timbers are great for differentiating - you are less likely to accidentally chop your kids' fruit on the board you just chopped the chillies.

Use & Care

Before first use and after each use, simply sponge cutting board with hot, soapy water.
Towel dry and lay securely on its end until completely dry.
Both sides of your board are designed to be used so turn it over periodically to allow even usage of sides.
Never soak your board or place your board in the dishwasher.
Do not use a steel brush or steel wool on the surface of the board.
Periodically (every few weeks if used heavily or depending on household conditions) apply an even coat of food-grade mineral oil to the surface of the board.
Sponge on with a rag and let dry.
Do not allow moisture of any kind to stand on the board for long periods of time. Please note, some foods may stain the timber.
