A rolling pin storage slot in the board ensure both components are always together and at hand ready for use.
Multi-Purpose, not only is the board ideal for making Garganelli Gnocchi and many other pasta specialties, but you can also make and shape Infused Butter, Butter Sticks, etc. The grooved surface allows excess buttermilk to drain away during butter making and giving a uniquely textured finish.
