Use & Care
- 1. Fill canister half way with chilled fresh cream – DO NOT OVERFILL
- 2. Screw head on the canister firmly and evenly.
- 3. Insert Cream charger (8g N2O) into the charger holder and screw the charger holder on to the inlet valve until the charger contents is released with a short hissing sound. USE ONLY ONE CHARGER PER FILLING.
- 4. Select decorative nozzle you wish to use and screw on canister.
- 5. Shake whipper vigorously three to four times in a vertical action.
- 6. To release cream, hold bottle upside down and press lever gently to dispense. If cream is not firm enough, give whipper another couple of shakes.
