Made of durable cast aluminium, it features a soft touch handle and non-stick coating for easy release and cleanup. Interior ridges give patty a ribbed surface which creates seared effect once cooked.

Use & Care
- Lightly oil inside surface
- Fill the press base with ground meat of your choosing.
- Press down with the top of the maker
- Turn out the perfectly formed patty. Pop waxed paper in between each one if freezing or storing.
- Hand wash only
