Spare Parts Guide

Features

  • Cast aluminium construction
  • Beechwood handle and knob
  • Easy-pour, drip free spout
  • Contemporary, functional design
  • Total Height: 20cm
  • Funnel #16550F will fit

How to Use

  1. Separate espresso maker components and fill the lower chamber with cold fresh water, ensuring that the level remains below the pressure release valve.
(For optimum results never use re-boiled or stale water.)
  2. Insert the filter funnel back in the lower chamber and add medium ground coffee
    (do not tamp).
  3. Firmly screw the upper and lower sections back together.
  4. Place the espresso maker on stove and heat on medium to high setting.
For gas stovetop, make sure the flame is not larger than base of the maker as the flame should not come around the sides
  5. Eventually, steam is produced which forces the hot water to rise up through the coffee grounds, filling the upper chamber with freshly brewed espresso.
  6. In a matter of minutes, the brewing process is concluded and the coffee is ready to serve.
  7. Before pouring coffee, stir it in the upper chamber with a small spoon to equalise all the different coffee layers for optimum flavour.

Use & Care

  • Separate all components and hand wash with warm soapy water.

    coffee residue.
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners and scourers when hand washing
  • Wipe dry with a soft cloth.
  • Do not reassemble the product until all parts are completely dry to avoid oxidation.
