Suitable for all heat sources including induction.

Features

  • High quality stainless steel
  • Stay cool handle and knob
  • Easy-pour, drip free spout
  • Suitable for induction stove tops
  • Functional contemporary design

Use & Care

  • Separate all components and hand wash with warm soapy water.
  • Clean filter funnel with warm water and washing-up liquid. A washing-up brush may be helpful in removing
    coffee residue
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners and scourers when hand washing.
  • Wipe dry with a soft cloth
  • Do not reassemble the product until all parts are completely dry to avoid oxidation.
  • Whilst this product is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended.
  • Separate espresso maker components and fill the lower chamber with cold fresh water, ensuring that the
level remains below the pressure release valve. (For optimum results never use re-boiled or stale
    water).
  • Insert the filter funnel back in the lower chamber and add medium ground coffee (do not tamp).
  • Tightly screw the upper and lower sections of the maker back together.
  • Place the espresso maker on stove ensuring the burning sizes fits the maker and heat on medium to high
    setting.
  • For gas stovetop, make sure the flame is not larger than base of the maker as the flame should not come
    around the sides.
  • Eventually, steam is produced which forces the hot water to rise up through the coffee grounds, filling
the upper chamber with freshly brewed espresso.
  • In a matter of minutes, the brewing process is concluded and the coffee is ready.
  • Before pouring coffee, stir it in the upper chamber with a small spoon to equalise all the different
    coffee layers for optimum flavour.
