Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address as, for those parcels which are undeliverable, Avanti Homewares Australia cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery address.

RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your purchase from Avanti Homewares Australia. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return any full-priced items purchased from AvantiHomewares.com within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund (excluding delivery costs), provided the items are returned in their original condition and packaging.
Please note:
- Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
- Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with the returned goods.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@globalpremiumbrands.com.au. We’ll provide instructions for returning the item via reply-paid Australia Post, so you won’t incur any return shipping costs. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage in transit.
