Turn whole potatoes into perfectly cut chips in a matter of seconds with the Avanti® Potato Chipper. Perfect for potato and sweet potato, it is also ideal for carrot, cucumber and zucchini. It comes with two interchangeable blades, twenty-five holes to make chunky chips and forty-nine holes to make thin. Made of high-quality stainless steel and plastic, it features a hard-wearing lever mechanism that will withstand years of slicing. A suction base creates a secure grip on the work surface whist in use and pusher plates keep fingers away from the blades. The chipper disassembles for easy cleaning and can be put straight into the dishwasher – top shelf.

Use & Care
- 1. Place potato cutter on a stable flat surface. Secure cutter by pressing down and turning the joystick anti-clockwise
- 2. Lift handle to an upright position. This will allow you to slide back the Pusher Plate and install the desired pusher that matches the blade.
- 3. To change the blade, push back the clamp that is on top of the blade frame. Slide in the desire blade and secure the clamp back into place.
- 4. To achieve straight uniform chips trim peeled potatoes into a block shape.
- 5. Insert potato into the dock of the device and against the cutting frame
- 6. Push handle down and the back panel will push the potato forward through the blades
- 7. Disassemble and wash components in warm soapy water. Dishwasher safe – top shelf only.
