Nylon Multi-In-1 Skimmer

The Avanti® Multi-in-1 Skimmer is perfect for skimming fats and froths off soups and sauces. The silicone, non-slip ergonomic handle absorbs pressure to provide comfortable control. The nylon head is heat resistant to 210°C and is suitable for use on all cookware surfaces including non-stick. It features a flat head design to easily scoop up food and a serrated edge for cutting.
